Drive Image from bootable CD won’t recognize hard drive partitions?

Rock asked: Drive Image should see the 2 partitions I have on my hard drive, but only sees one, with with only an * (asterisk) where the drive letter should be.
Possible reason may be that a second install of XP was put on the D:\ drive (the first install is on the C:\ drive) [...]
